1. Who we are and acceptance
Texas AI Lab is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as 8th Replay ("we," "us," or "our"). Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area.
By using texasailab.com (the "site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
The site describes our services, publishes articles about using AI in business, and offers free materials such as prompt packs. It also lets you ask for a fit call or a training quote.
Paid services, including AI Concierge and AI Training for Business, are governed by the written agreement or proposal we confirm with each client. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.
Prices and offers shown on the site can change. A price is confirmed only in a written quote or agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person or business in a form.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, interfere with it, or overload it.
- Copy the site's content in bulk or republish it as your own.
4. Our content and yours
The site's text, design, graphics and logos belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may read, share links to, and quote short passages from our articles with credit. The free prompt packs are yours to use in your own business; please do not resell them.
What you send us through a form stays yours. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and provide what you asked for, as our Privacy Policy describes.
5. Third-party links and tools
The site links to and mentions other products and websites, including AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, terms or results. Your use of them is under their own terms.
6. No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is." Articles and free materials are general information. AI tools change often and can produce wrong answers, so check anything important before you rely on it. We do not promise that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, and we do not guarantee savings, revenue or any other result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or its free materials. Our total liability for any claim about the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
