Privacy Policy
We collect only what you type into a form on this site, plus the basic technical records any website host keeps.
We use it to reply to you, send what you asked for and run the site. We do not sell personal information.
This site sets no advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
1. Who we are
Texas AI Lab is operated by Luckiest Man Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as 8th Replay ("we," "us," or "our"). Headquartered in Williamson County, Texas, in the greater Austin area.
This policy covers the website at texasailab.com. To reach us about anything in it, use our contact form.
2. What we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us in a form, and what our hosting providers record automatically.
- Fit call and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your business, and what you tell us about the work you want help with. Collected when you submit the form, so we can reply and prepare for the call.
- Team training form: your name, email address, company, team size and what you want the training to cover. Collected when you submit the form, so we can send a plan and a quote.
- Free downloads: your name and email address, and the kind of business you run if you choose a version. Collected when you ask for a prompt pack, so we can send it.
- Technical records: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. Recorded automatically by our hosting providers to deliver and secure the site.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and the site has no accounts or logins.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule or prepare for a call.
- To send the download, plan or quote you asked for.
- To follow up about the services you asked about. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
- Form software: every form on this site is a greetform, our sister product, which stores what you submit and notifies our team.
- Email delivery: a transactional email service delivers form notifications and the replies and downloads we send you.
- Hosting: Vercel hosts the site, and Cloudflare provides domain services and serves images and downloadable files.
- Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels. The embedded forms may use storage that is strictly needed for a form to work, such as remembering your progress through it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about our services, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept by our providers for a short period, usually no more than a few months. Records of work we do for clients are kept as our agreement with that client and the law require.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of follow-up email at any time by replying to any message or asking through our contact form. We respond to requests within 30 days.
California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, and not to be treated differently for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom: this site is intended for businesses in Texas. If you use it from the EU or UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, and to object to its use. Contact us and we will honor a valid request.
8. Children
This site is for business owners and their teams. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
When the site changes what it collects or how, we update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
11. Contact
Questions or requests about this policy go through our contact form.
