Why do I commit to three months?
The first month is setup: your concierge learns your business, writes your AI context with you and gets the first workflow working. Months two and three are where it becomes a habit. After three months you stay month to month.
How do I stop?
After your first three months, give us 30 days' notice and you are done. You keep everything we set up, because it lives in your own accounts.
What is a founding client?
One of our first Concierge clients. You pay $1,000 a month instead of $1,500, we waive the $750 onboarding, and your $1,000 price is locked for your first 12 months even when the standard price goes up. We have two founding spots left.
Is it really unlimited voice messages and email?
Yes. Ask as many questions as you like between calls, by voice note or email, and your concierge replies within a business day. It is for questions, advice and small setups, not for us running your daily work.
Will my concierge build things for me?
They will show you how and pitch in on simple setups. Bigger builds, like CRM connections, hosted agents or dashboards, get their own scope and quote before anything starts.
What does training cost?
It depends on the room: how many people, Zoom or in person, and how much we tailor to your work. Tell us about your team and we will send a plan and a quote.
Do I need to pay for AI software too?
Usually one AI subscription, like ChatGPT or Claude, which you pay for directly. We name any cost before you buy anything, and nothing new gets bought without your OK.
