What an AI Concierge does for your business in the first 30 days

A real person learns your business, installs a personal context file in your own AI account, and practices real tasks with you until they stick.

It is 9 p.m. and you are driving home from the last job of the day, thinking about a task that keeps eating your week. You record a voice note about it, mostly to yourself, because you suspect AI could handle it but there is no one to ask. AI Concierge is built for exactly that. One of our people learns your business and works alongside you until AI is part of how you run things.

The concierge is a person, never a chatbot. You get two 1-hour working calls a month on real tasks from your week, and between calls you can send voice messages and email with no limit on questions. They help with small setups, give straight advice and hold you accountable. The first month follows a set pattern, and this article walks through it week by week.

Week 1: the fit call, intake and a 60-minute interview

The month starts with the same 25-minute fit call anyone can book on Zoom, free. On that call we look at two tasks that repeat in your week, tell you honestly whether Concierge, training or neither is the right fit, and pick a first result worth having. If you go ahead, week 1 continues with intake and a 60-minute interview. The interview is where your concierge learns the business: what you sell, how work actually moves, where the repeat tasks live.

Concierge work mostly happens on Zoom, so this part does not require travel. The fit call and interview set up everything that follows, including the personal context file in week 2.

Week 2: your personal context file goes into your own AI account

In week 2, your concierge writes a personal AI context with you and keeps it current. It is installed in your own AI account, so the work product belongs to you. Most owners need one AI subscription, such as ChatGPT or Claude, paid directly by you, and any cost is named before anything is bought.

We build inside your own accounts and in tools you can take with you, so nothing is held hostage if you leave. Everything built during Concierge lives in your accounts and is yours to keep, whether you stay or go.

Weeks 3 and 4: practice and fixing friction

The last two weeks of the first month are practice. You and your concierge run the real tasks from your week on your working calls, and between calls you send voice notes and email when something sticks. The concierge fixes the friction: adjusting how you ask, tightening the routine, showing you how to build small things and pitching in on simple setups. Bigger builds, like API connections, CRM integrations, hosted agents or dashboards, are scoped and quoted separately before anything starts.

By the end of the month the goal is simple: at least one workflow you did not have when you started, running on tasks you actually do. We pick useful work, measure what changed and report honestly. We do not guarantee savings or revenue.

Who it fits, and who it does not

AI Concierge fits owner-led Texas businesses: owners wearing several hats who want one person they trust with the AI question. That includes home services, professional services, medical and wellness practices, restaurants, real estate and similar local companies in Williamson County, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, and the towns around each. Concierge work mostly happens on Zoom, and the same offer, scope and quality bar apply in every Texas city.

It does not fit a team that mainly needs shared skills rather than a dedicated person. For that, AI Training for Business is hands-on training for one owner, a small group or a whole team, on Zoom or in person, built on approved real tasks. Training is a custom quote, priced to the room, and a plan and quote come within one business day. It is also not the right fit if you want a chatbot that answers on its own. It is a person.
